From June to July, the management of SUBICWATER implemented the water philosophy program which aimed to create a common and fundamental understanding of water among all employees of SUBICWATER.

Additionally, it was designed to form a unified stand in the delivery of the organization’s vision and mission. Under the curriculum of the program, 19 topics were carefully selected, and assigned to 17 rank and file. These employees were assigned to prepare and facilitate lectures about their topics to all personnel of SW.

The topics covered in the program ranged from the history of water, all the way to its different uses, treatment methods, and management.
